By: Tupaki Desk | 2 Dec 2025 4:08 PM ISTLast week, Andhra Pradesh, deputy chief minister, Pawan Kalyan, made an interesting comment about how the Dishti set by Telangana leaders is destroying the coconut plantation in the Godavari region. Ever since then, Telangana leaders have been reviewing Pawan Kalyan’s comments, and it is now the turn of Telangana cinematography minister.
In the reaction to Pawan Kalyan’s earlier statement on Telangana leaders, Cinematography minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy made a very interesting statement.
If AP Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan doesn’t apologise, his films will not be released in Telangana. I’m saying this as the Cinematography Minister, Komatireddy Venkatreddy warned a short while back.
Pawan Kalyan is new to politics. He may have entered politics with good intentions, but such comments are not acceptable. It’s been 13 years since Telangana became a state. Remarks like these now are unnecessary.
Chiranjeevi is a good person & he never makes such provocative remarks. If Pawan Kalyan apologises, his films may run for at least a couple of days in the Nizam region. If not, his movies will not be allowed. I’m saying this as the Cinematography Minister, Komatireddy stated.
With the cinematography minister himself warning that Pawan Kalyan film will not be released in Telangana if he doesn’t apologise, things are looking very serious now. It has to be same. If the deputy CM would come down and apologise for his earlier remarks.
