Shocker: Konda Surekha Says Revanth Blackmailed Cong Leadership!

One of the most unexpected events in Telangana politics happened in the form of the removal of Konda Surekha from the cabinet. This is one of the big decisions made by the leadership in recent times.

This decision was made by the chief minister of Telangana Revanth Reddy as he communicated the news to the governor. This is leading to a political repercussion as Surekha herself has come out in front of the media.

Konda Surekha came out after the removal of Cabinet position, and she said Revanth Reddy had blackmailed the Congress leadership in order to get his way.

“Revanth Reddy blackmailed the Congress leadership that he would be resigning his position if they do not let me go from my position. He returned to leave the party if I continue as a cabinet minister as he wants me to retire at any cost.” Surekha said.

This was followed by another explosive statement from the Congress firebrand leader, as she said she would not be leaving the Congress party at any cost. She added that she would be continuing as a Congress leader and even attend the assembly session on their behalf.

This is going to be a tough decision for Revanth Reddy to navigate from now on considering that Surekha would be a tough to crack from this point onwards.

Add to that Surekha has instructed other cabinet ministers in the Telangana government to start protesting against Revanth Reddy as they could be facing the same situation in the future.
