Shocking: MP Injured In Knife Attack, Rushed To Hospital!

As the election date is fast approaching, the political parties and the candidates are busy campaigning in poll-bound Telangana. However, one such political campiagn took an unfortunate turn as the candidate was attacked with a knife by an unidentified person. The candidate sustained injuries in the attack.

MP Kotha Prabhakar Reddy who is the Dubbaka candidate for the ruling BRS visited Surampally Village in Daulatabad Mandal to campaign. Unfortunately, he was attacked by a person leaving him sustain stomach injuries. Party activists rushed to save him and he was taken to the hospital.

Reports say that first he was taken to a hospital in Gajwel. However, he was reportedly taken to a hospital in Hyderabad for better treatment. More details on the shocking incident are awaited.

Though there is no official confirmation, it is said that the person who attacked the MP is identified as Raju who hails from Daulatabad Mandal. He was arrested and sent to the police custody. There is no information about the motive behind the attack. We might get clarity on this once the Police dig deeper into the case.

As per the information, Kotha Prabhakar Reddy was attacked by the accused on the pretext of shaking his hand. While he was coming after meeting a Pastor’s family, the suspect attacked him with a knife. He sustained stomach injuries.
