Politics are meant to be for the people and to be the voice of the people. But many say that this will not be the scene if looked at AP politics. Revenge is taking the big place instead of politics. Experts say that Tamil Nadu used to have such a political culture. AP went past Tamil Nadu in this.

If a party comes to power in Tamil Nadu then the other party won’t show interest in attending the Assembly. Jayalalithaa came to power after boycotting the Assembly and Karunanidhi won once. Jayalalithaa said that she was humiliated in the Assembly and hence she is boycotting it. Later she came to power.

She stood on her words. After she became the Chief Minister Karunanidhi was arrested by the cops at midnight. This became a sensation back then. Karunanidhi who was around 80 and served as the CM earlier was arrested by the cops. There was an intense political fight between Karunanidhi and Jayalalithaa.

The two leaders are no more now. Though there was a face-off in politics in Tamil Nadu, there was not the same intensity that was earlier. Though the revenge politics were reduced there the trend sadly picked up in Andhra Pradesh. Looking at AP, the politics revolve around two families and two parties. If one comes to power, the other side might be harassed is the current opinion.

A few TDP leaders are alleging that if the TDP comes to power then the YCP leaders would run to foreign nations. Some of them even say that the YCP leaders might run abroad for safety.

The YCP leaders are also no less. They are saying that it would be the end game for TDP if YCP comes to power again. Situations might be at a new level as per the predictions.

There is a lot of anticipation on this. Minister Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy reacted to the criticism that the YCP leaders would leave the country if the government changes.

He asked why they would leave the country. Saying that they have had businesses abroad since 2013 he asked how this becomes leaving the country. He took a strong objection to the comments made by Lokesh and Devineni Uma.

He even dared them to save all these comments till the fourth of June to see who would win the elections. He even said that they would come to power with a big majority. Keeping what Peddireddy said aside, a big debate has been going on about whether whoever loses the elections should leave the country.

Be it the TDP or the YCP, one goes to power while the other side will be in opposition. Being in opposition is not a bad thing as it is a big responsibility. They were given a chance to be the voice of the people which is the beauty of democracy.

Everyone should respect this. We need an earlier atmosphere in politics. The ruling party and the opposition should work together. They should be together on public issues. AP has a lot of bifurcation issues, unlike others. There are many things which need to be approved by the Centre.

They can be achieved with a combined fight. In the last ten years, YCP and TDP focused on fighting each other and ignored the issues that they should get from the Centre. People say that this should not be the case this time. Observers say that there is no need to leave the country for anyone and such attacks bring a bad name to democracy.
