How Can Sharmila Be With Congress? Asks Minister Roja!

When YS Sharmila was appointed as the PCC Chief of Andhra Pradesh many might have not predicted that she would be a sensation in the state and increase the political heat. It would not be an overstatement to say Sharmila changed the political equations in the state.

Adding fuel to this Sharmila is not leaving any stone unturned to target the YSRCP and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. With this, she became the target of the ruling party. Recently she made a big statement and observed that people in the state are Siddham(ready) to send the YCP home.

Now Tourism Minister Roja waged into the battle and made some strong statements. The Cabinet Minister came down severely on Sharmila and asked how she can be with the Congress which troubled the YS family and asked if she has the right to do so.

Roja said that the YS family was troubled by the Congress party and asked how Sharmila could be with the party that slapped false cases against Jagan and sent him to jail. Roja even said that had YSR been alive today he would not be happy with what Sharmila did.

Not stopping there Minister Roja asked what made Sharmila merge her party into the Congress party after making big claims that she would come to power in Telangana. Why did she merge per party at the last minute, she asked.

Roja brought up the pending issues between Andhra and Telangana and asked Sharmila to see that the pending funds from Telangana are released for Andhra Pradesh as Congress is in power in Telangana.
