The Bharatiya Janata Party entered the Lok Sabha elections with a big aim. The party was confident of another big win and coming to power for the third term. The top leaders often highlighted the 400-seat call. The results are out the other day which can be seen as a big blow.

In 2014 and 2019, the BJP reached the magic figure on its own. But the situation is different now and the BJP should take the support of alliances to reach power. Compared to 2019 it lost around 60 seats and even the strong hold states shocked the party.

BJP lost many seats in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Rajasthan and others. BJP won 238 seats and the magic figure to form the government is 272. With this, two leaders have been getting all the attention from everyone.TDP boss Chandrababu and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar should support the NDA.

TDP is the second largest party in NDA with 16 MP seats. Pawan Kalyan’s Janasena also won 2 MP seats. In total, the two parties have 18 seats which are very crucial in deciding who gets to power. If CBN and Pawan won't help, Modi might not come to power.

As TDP and Janasena are in a good position, everyone is talking about what they can do for the state and the strong fight they can put in for the state’s interests. Compared to 2019, the situation is different. Despite YCP winning 22 MP seats, it could not do anything as BJP was very strong.

Cut to now, Andhra Pradesh is in a better position with the seats of TDP and Janasena. This can be seen as a golden chance for the state which is dealing with a lot of problems and issues. We have no steady capital despite ten years of state bifurcation.

As NDA needs the support of the two parties, they can demand the BJP on what the state needs to grow. There are issues like Capital, Polavaram, debts, and others. Let us wait and see what they will do and how the state can benefit from this.
