Modi celebrates Sankranthi traditionally at Delhi

Sankranthi and Pongal hold cultural significance for the South Indian community, and on this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated Pongal in a traditional manner in New Delhi.

The official Instagram handle of Modi shared a video showcasing the prime minister adorned in traditional attire, enjoying the festive atmosphere and special programs arranged for the occasion.

Telangana Governor Tamilisai also participated in the celebrations. The caption of the video emphasized the promotion of the "Many cultures, One Bharat" slogan through such events. The post received over 2.1 million likes.

Narendra Modi is always first to celebrate festivals in Indian attires by following all the cultures. The latest video is also a proof for all of them who say that Modi does not give importance to South India or the festivals being celebrated by people from South.

Whatsoever may be, Modi's video from the celebrations is currently going viral on social media. On the other hand, Modi is preparing his party at all levels to ensure that his party wins in the next elections again, which will take place very soon.
