Kargil Vijay Diwas: PM Modi’s Strong Warning To Pakistan!

Today is a big day for the country as it marks the Kargil Vijay Diwas, a day dedicated to celebrating the heroics of our soldiers who defeated the Pakistani forces in the Kargil War in 1999. The Indian forces fought back the Pakistani forces and made them flee from the occupied positions.

On a special day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the Kargil War Memorial and paid tributes to the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice protecting the motherland. This is the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his words can be heard by the masters of terror. He said that India gave a strong lesson to Pakistan whenever it tried to indulge in any misadventure. Despite repeated failures it did not learn from its mistakes, he said.

Highlighting the caliber of the Indian forces the Prime Minister said that they will crush terrorism with full force. His warning to Pakistan came at a time when sensitive Jammu and Kashmir has been reporting unfortunate incidents of late.

Every year we celebrate July 26 as the Kargil Vijay Diwas to celebrate the victory of our soldiers in retaliating to the aggression of the Pakistan forces. When Pakistan captured a few positions, Operation Vijay was started by India as a counterattack. On July 26, 1999, the operation was successful and since then India has been celebrating the day. Today marks the silver jubilee of the occasion.
