In a key development in the Moinabad farmhouse drugs case, a court has remanded pilot Rohit Reddy along with two others to judicial custody for 14 days.
The accused were produced before a magistrate after their arrest by the police. After examining the preliminary evidence presented by the investigators, the magistrate ordered a 14 day judicial remand for the three accused in connection with the case.
Following the court’s order, police officials are making arrangements to shift the three accused to Chanchalguda Central Jail. Authorities said they will be transferred to the jail shortly.
The arrests were made after police conducted a raid at a farmhouse in Moinabad based on information about a suspected drugs party. During the operation, officials detained several individuals and reportedly seized narcotic substances from the location.
Police have registered a case and are continuing their investigation. Officials are also examining whether more people were involved in organizing or attending the party. As part of the probe, investigators are reviewing call data records, mobile phone details and the list of people who visited the farmhouse.
