24 Plus 3 For Janasena: Is Nagababu Not Happy?
While TDP is contesting 94 Assembly seats Janasena was allocated just 24 seats as part of the alliance
By: Tupaki Desk | 24 Feb 2024 9:01 AM GMTAs TDP and Janasena joined hands for an alliance, how many seats Janasena would get as part of this became a big topic. To put an end to this the joint list is announced by the two parties. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan announced the joint list. Looking at the list it is evident that Janasena received 25 percent seats. The percentage decreased further when it comes to the Parliament segment.
While TDP is contesting 94 Assembly seats Janasena was allocated just 24 seats as part of the alliance. Out of the 25 MP seats, Janasena was allocated just 3 seats. This can be seen as a big shock to those who hoped to see the TDP-Janasena joint government. On top of this, it is said that Janasena key leader, Megabrother Nagababu is not happy with Janasena getting just 24 MLA seats and 3 MP seats. Many say that his expressions in the press meet indicate he is not happy.
Nagababu appeared to be unhappy when Pawan Kalyan invited him for a picture. In contrast to this Nadendla Manohar appears to be happy looking at his body language. But Pawan Kalyan was calm. Pawan Kalyan urged everyone to support the TDP-Janasena and defeat Jagan in the elections.
Media reports say that Nagababu might not be happy with the way the seats were distributed. The Janasena party leaders have been saying that the TDP-Janasena alliance will come to power. The same should be reflected in the alliances if this should happen. How can we call it an equal share of seats when one party gets 75 percent of seats and one party is restricted to just 24 percent is the question many have.
A big debate is going on whether the Janasena was not allocated the seats it deserves. There are a few chances of Janasena getting a few more seats if both parties can hold a few more meetings. While Nagababu is looking unhappy, Pawan Kalyan said that they restricted themselves to fewer seats for the BJP.
