The BJP rose to super fame by winning the 2014 Lok Sabha polls. It won the next elections with even more seats. The saffron party is adamant about winning the third win and for this, the party is keeping an eye on the Southern states too. As part of this, the party entered an alliance with JSP and TDP.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi already addressed the joint meeting with Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan. Keeping aside the debate on whether the meeting met the expectations or not, it is sure that more joint meetings will be held and Narendra Modi would address the gathering.

However, people raise the doubt about whether Modi can say what he has done for the state. Two terms is not a small time and a lot can be done during the same. But what had he done for the state and does he have an answer to this?

While seeking votes from the people the parties have to say what they have done and what they would do next. When we ask what the BJP government had done for the state even the party supporters have no answer.

Vizag Steel plant has a big legacy and history. A lot of sacrifice and fight went into establishing the plant. Despite this, it was listed for Privatisation. The Polavaram project has a lot of significance as it was planned to offer water and generate power. However, there is criticism that the BJP is not helping the project in any manner. Narendra Modi is not talking about the project and the help the BJP did over the years.

Andhra Pradesh was divided without a proper capital city. The divided state’s budget was also in deficit. Andhra was offered the special status. But the BJP did not grant it. Over the years the leaders have been saying that special status is a closed project. This proves that BJP is not interested in the topic.

It's been around ten years since AP and Telangana were divided. Despite this, the issues are yet to be sorted out. The funds that should come from Telangana are yet to be transferred. BJP is not talking about this and not giving assurance as well.

The political observers say that Andhra Pradesh was successful in getting a few debts. But special grants were not given.
