N Convention Is An Illegal Structure:HYDRA Commissioner!

The Telangana government started the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Assets Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRA) to prevent Encroachments on Lakes. A.V Ranganath is the Commissioner of Hydra and it is a sensation in the state. HYDRA is not leaving any stone unturned to demolish the illegal structures.

HYDRA demolished N Convention in Madhapur and this came as a big shock to one and all. The issue went to the notice of the High Court and a stay order was also issued. Reacting to this Nagarjuna said that he was pained with the way the structure was demolished.

Amid the sensation HYDRA Commissioner A.V. Ranganath reacted to this and said that N Convention had no required permissions. He said that along with other illegal structures N Convention was also demolished.

“The illegal structures in Tummidi Kunta FTL and Buffer zones were demolished by HYDRA, GHMC, and Town Planning officials. N Convention is one of the illegal constructions in Tummidi Kunta. N Convention was constructed in Acre 12 guntas in FTL and 2 acres 18 guntas in the buffer zone. There is no GHMC permission for the construction. They tried to get permission under the Building Regularisation Scheme. But the officials said no to this”, he said.

GHMC gave a notification on Tummidi Kunta in 2014. After the notification, the management went to the court. The case on the FTL Survey report in 2017 is pending. No stay order has been given by the Court so far. N Convention is side-tracking the issue on FTL and buffer zone. It conducted the commercial activities, he added.
