AP has the image of being the most politically active state in the country. They often give distinctive results. While the whole nation travels on one path, AP travels on another path is what they say. People there are also famous for giving results that the surveys fail to predict.
Nothing to do with the elections. There is a lot of talk that the political heat will be intact in AP all the time. We can see political debates everywhere, even at the tea stalls. Many say that even in temples people used to discuss politics.
Even if four people meet they talk about politics. They will not have enough talking on the topic. Every time there would be a big debate on the win and defeat of the party and the surveys. But it looks like we are seeing different scenes as the political environment appears silent.
It is a big shock that this is the situation when the Jamili elections are going to be held soon. People who used to discuss politics actively also became silent. Probably this is the first time, Andhra Pradesh is going to elections without any buzz.
It is said that the MLAs are not spending money for the elections. On the other hand, the TDP is said to have geared up to distribute the money. The ruling party candidates are silently campaigning. Despite cadres batting for liquor saying that this would give a josh to the workers, MLAs are saying no reportedly.
They all became silent now. People who saw the flow of money in elections are said to be in shock with the current situation. This is said to be the reason behind the low buzz around the elections. TDP is in alliance with other parties.
A different situation is going on. It is said that TDP candidates are saying they will take out money but only for the votes. On the other hand, the ruling party leaders who have been in power for five years are shying away from taking the money out. Money can make a difference and bring the buzz.
Everything is dependent on money. However, YCP and TDP candidates are said to be different on the issue. With this, we are seeing villages becoming silent. Even the cadre is surprised by this. There are no political discussions and buzz in the villages. The elections will be concluded in just ten days and the countdown has already started. Despite this everything is silent which is unusual to the usual scenes. We have to see if anything changes in the next ten days.
