Non bailable warrant against Ram Gopal Varma!

It is known that controversial director, Ram Gopal Verma is one of the most aggressive and propagative personalities in Indian cinema. To mess with people and a different scenarios, which often lands him in deep trouble.

However, on a personal front, Varma has been delivered a rude shock as the Andheri court has issued a non bailable warrant against him over a check bounce case that was filed earlier.

Going into the story, a private company filed a case against Ram Gopal Varma back in 2018, saying that the check that he issued to them was not cleared and got bounced later. Subsequently, a check bounce case was filed against Ram Gopal Varma and it has now reached the court of Law.

The original case that was filed against Varma has a financial compensation of ₹3.72 lakh towards the victim. However, this decision was challenged by Ram Gopal Varma in the court, as he said he is not complied to make compensation or serve the three months jail term that was sentenced to him by the court.

However, this appeal from Varma was not encouraged by the Andheri court, which had consequently issued a non-bailable warrant against the controversial director. In this check bounce case. However, he will be able to appeal the same at a higher court, and the current proceedings have been adjourned till July 28.

The plausible option here for Verma is to settle the case out of the court and close out the dispute before things turn more shaky and aggressive against him. But he is willing to fight the legal battle, which is an extremely excruciating process.
