The United States election episode took an unexpected turn with a leading OTT platform facing boycott calls. Netflix is facing the boycott call which no one would have expected. Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings is believed to have made a big donation for Kamala Harris’s campaign and the donation he made is said to be the single highest donation.

As a popular media outlet said that a Netflix co-founder made a big donation to the campaign the netizens were not happy with this and they are giving a call to boycott Netflix. The netizens are saying that they did not like what had happened and hence they are giving boycott calls.

A few users are saying that there are other platforms which offer the same services as Netflix did and hence they should boycott it. The hashtag is getting a good response from the users who are backing the decision. Looks like Netflix is going to face a big issue in the coming days.
