Their hatred on phone usage is such that if children complain of any issues like headaches or fever they blame phones and even taunt them by saying why don't they use phones for some more time.
However, a new study found that overuse of phones will have some impact on health and also increases the risk of blood pressure. Based on the usage hours the risk increases which is a serious concern.
Experts say that those who speak over the phone for 30 minutes or more in a week have 12 percent more risk of high BP. The risk is over 25 percent if they speak on the phone for 6 hours or more. Not just BP, there are other issues as well that one faces when speaking over the phone.
As it requires holding a phone in hand to talk, they would also suffer from issues like pain in the neck, shoulders, hands, and mussels. They also face severe headaches and ear problems.
We are living in an era where mobile phones have become an integral part of our lives and we cannot imagine our day-to-day life without them. However, experts say that the usage should be limited or else they have to face serious issues and the impact on their health.
There is no doubt that mobile phones are very crucial in our lives. But there should be a line. We should use them only when it is required and keep them away or else they have to pay a heavy price for this. Let us hope that the advice given by the experts reaches the people.
