After Manoj approached the police officials yesterday over a dispute regarding the generator, the Rachakonda CP confirmed that 3 FIRs have been registered against the family. The investigation is underway, and Mohan Babu surrendered his gun to the police officials.
Mohan Babu surrendered his double-barrel gun to the police officials. The police officials mentioned that there is no delay in the arrest of Mohan Babu. They are just waiting since the court has given them time. Also, the police have already sent notices that he has to be present. If Mohan Babu does not comply, the police officials will be issuing a warranty.
"He asked for time until the 24th of this month. We are just waiting since the court gave him time until the 24th. We will also approach court if we can approach him before 24th," said CP.
"Mohan Babu has two guns. If he does not deposit them, we will issue a warranty. He acquired these guns in Chandragiri. He deposited one in Chandragiri already. He can deposit them anywhere," he added.
