The party went past the magic figure and formed the government. Putting an end to the suspense, the high command announced TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy as the Chief Minister.
It's been a few days since Revanth Reddy assumed the CMO. A few days in power the Congress party has been making big decisions and another one joined the list. The Pragathi Bhavan which is now Praja Bhavan became the official residence of the Deputy Chief Minister.
As per the information, the government decided to use the Praja Bhavan as the official residence of the Deputy Chief Minister. From now on Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka will use the construction as the residence and the required orders were issued by the Chief Secretary.
It has to be mentioned here that Pragathi Bhavan has been undergoing various changes after the government changed. The first change came in the form of authorities removing grills, fencing, and sheds.
The changes made to Pragathi Bhavan eased the traffic flow. As another big decision, Pragathi Bhavan was named Jyotirao Phule Praja Bhavan. Praja Darbar was also held which received a terrific response from the people
Now the Congress-led government took another sensational decision by allotting the Praja Bhavan as the official residence of the Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana Bhatti Vikramarka.
Pragathi Bhavan which is now the Praja Bhavan was constructed by the BRS government and was inaugurated following the traditional rituals. However, the opposition parties have been alleging that common people cannot meet the Chief Minister due to restrictions.
As Praja Bhavan became the Deputy Chief Minister’s residence, the authorities are now looking at the eligible residence for Revanth Reddy, the new Chief Minister. A few places were reportedly recommended and the Chief Minister might take a call on this soon.
