All Eyes On Possible Meeting Between YS Jagan And Dil Raju!

Dil Raju is a name that needs no introduction. The ace producer is one of the top producers in the town. Recently, Dil Raju was elevated to a plum post as he was elected as the President Of the Telugu Film Chamber Of Commerce. His panel won the elections by a big margin.

Dil Raju, who is banking high on the new post is said to be in plans to meet the Chief Ministers of the two Telugu states. As per the information, he sought an appointment to meet Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Now all eyes are on a possible Dil Raju-YS Jagan meeting. The grapevine says Dil Raju might discuss the issues faced by the industry and try his best in getting a positive response from the government.

It is known that the Andhra Pradesh government brought the proposal to regularise the movie ticket prices for the films. The government said that the idea was proposed to make movie ticket prices affordable for the poor. Based on the area and type of theatre, movie ticket rates were fixed.

A delegation of Tollywood led by Megastar Chiranjeevi met the government and placed their demands before the government. The issue was slightly addressed and a few films were given a free hand in the ticket prices issue. But the issue is not addressed fully.

With the reports hinting at Dil Raju meeting the AP Chief Minister, everyone is waiting to see what happens after the meeting. If he can get a positive response from the state government then it can be a big relief to the industry which was hit hard by the Covid outbreak.

Tollywood is making Pan-India movies of late which require big budgets. If the meeting gets any positive outcome then the makers would have a big relief.
