A short while back, Rahul himself, Twitter that Vijay is being targeted by the BJP, and he asked Modi to be held accountable for the same. The I&B Ministry’s attempt to block ‘Jana Nayagan’ is an attack on Tamil culture. Mr Modi, you will never succeed in suppressing the voice of the Tamil people, he tweeted a short while back. The fact that Congress chief Rahul Gandhi himself tweeted in support of Tamil superstar Vijay in this context has grabbed a lot of attention for this film and also the issues that it is facing.
