RGV Gets Grilled By AP Police For 9 Hours, But…

Controversial Director Ram Gopal Varma is one of the most entertaining personalities in the Indian film industry. However, he is now having to deal with legal repercussions as Andhra Pradesh police have targeted him regarding the production activities that went into his previous film Vyooham.

The allegation is that Ram Gopal Varma was paid ₹2 crore by the government of Andhra Pradesh through the fiber net department, which is against the law. In connection with this case, the CID interrogated Ram Gopal Varma today.

The investigation reportedly went on for nine hours, and Varma actively took part in the same. Verma was asked a wide range of questions right from the topic related to why he was paid money directly from the account of the government of Andhra Pradesh and its subsidiary fibre net department.

Ram Gopal Varma was then asked about the possibility of returning back this money to the government as the financial transaction looks very fabricated and disproportionate. The investigation process was expectedly lengthy as Verma was grilled by the police department for nearly 9 hours.

However, Ram Gopal Varma does not look to bothered about this as he shared a picture of him, holding a glass of water appears to be alcohol as he said cheers to Andhra Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh Police. He even mentioned Ongole police in this tweet.

By the looks of it, Ram Gopal Varma looks fairly confident and straight forward with regard to his approach regarding this case.
