What’s The Public Pulse On Revanth As Chief Minister?

The general elections in Telangana recently and the results will be out on Sunday. Adding more intensity to the election episode, the exit poll surveys are coming out from yesterday evening. The surveys predict that Congress might come to power by going past the magic figure.

In the wake of these surveys, the celebration mood gripped the Congress party with the supporters and followers breaking into celebrations anticipating Congress win in the state. The Congress party has been away from power in the state for a decade.

Congress was in power in 2014 when the state was bifurcated and it had not won any election in the divided state and the party is said to be getting close to the win this time as per the exit poll surveys.

Amid this, a survey was conducted on who should be the Chief Minister from the Congress party. The survey said that as much as 21 percent are in favour of Revanth Reddy as the CM. On the other hand, 22 percent of participants said they are okay with anyone who becomes the CM.

One thing that needs to be highlighted here is that Revanth Reddy got the highest percentage among the Congress leaders which says Revanth has a good image compared to his fellow colleagues in the party.

On the other hand, 33 percent of participants said KCR should be the CM from the BRS while 15 percent votes were polled for IT Minister KTR. The majority of them picking KCR is not a big surprise as he served as the CM for two consecutive terms.

This survey came out when a big debate was going on about who should be the Chief Minister in the state if the Congress party came to power. This surrey raised many eyeballs and grabbed the attention of the political circles.
