This record was earlier held by the God Of Cricket Sachin Tendulkar. While Sachin reached the milestone in 321 innings, Virat went past this in just 267 innings.

Rohit Sharma became the second fastest to reach the milestone. He surpassed Sachin Tendulkar in the process. Sachin was the second fastest to reach the milestone with Virat Kohli blasting this and now Rohit Sharma has become the second fastest to reach this.

Just like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma also smashed a few records. Hitman emerged as the batsman with the highest number of sixes in the Asia Cup. Shahid Afridi who smashed 26 sixes held the record for a long time. In yesterday's match, Rohit Sharma matched the record and now, he surpassed this.

Talking about the match, India is looking in a spot of bother by losing four wickets. Young bowler Dunith Wellalage drew the blood by claiming four wickets. He caught the big fishes Shubhman Gill, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and KL Rahul. India is now at 154 for the loss of four wickets for 30 overs.
