Ask BJP About Land Titling Act: Sajjala’s Counter To Cbn!

As Andhra Pradesh is gearing up for the elections we are seeing a big war of words between the parties. Both sides announced the manifesto and gave clarity on what they are promising. The Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act (APLTA) is a big sensation in the state.

The opposition is strongly criticising the Act and alleging that lands will not be safe. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu took a few steps and urged the people to be cautious and promised to repeal the Land Titling Act. He said that the second signature he would make after becoming CM is on the file.

When the opposition aggressively attacking the government on the Andhra Pradesh Land Titling Act (APLTA), a strong response came from Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, advisor to the state government. He came down severely on Chandrababu Naidu.

Sajjala alleged that it was the BJP that brought the act and asked Chandrababu Naidu to ask the party about this. Sajjala said that it was started in Maharashtra as a pilot project and wants to implement it in the rest of the nation.

He said that the act might be a solution for the land issues and the Centre had notified the other states about this. Having said that, he asked Chandrababu Naidu to ask the BJP first. Sajjala alleged that during CBN’s rule, there were many land issues.

It has to be mentioned here that the YCP has been saying the Act was brought by the BJP and Sajjala said the same. Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana said that the BJP brought the act and Sajjala also sang the same tune.
