Australia is one of the toughest places to play Cricket as the pitches there are known for unusual bounce. Putting up a brilliant performance there is not everyone's cup of tea. As an example of this, Pakistan which has a lethal bowling attack could not win a Test series in Australia for over 15 years.

In the tough arena, a new bowler became the hero of the team and made his team crush Australia after a long time. He had an inspirational journey from a security guard to a hero for the team.

West Indies bowler Shamar Joseph literally breathed fire on the pitch and helped his team win a Test match in Australia after 28 years. His match-winning performance of 7-68 almost made the difference. He stood strong and helped his team.

What's even more inspiring is that Mitchell Starc's booming yorker hit him hard on the toe. Many felt that he would not play the game. But he made a miraculous recovery and came for bowling.

Not just that he took his side to a memorable win. His bowing was so lethal that the top batsmen could not even read him. He drew the last blood and made West Indies win the match. Brian Lara who was in the commentary box burst into tears seeing the historic win.

Shamar Joseph hails from a small village in Guyana and worked as a security guard. Due to his love for the game, Joseph left his job and focused on the game. He shone in the Caribbean Premier League and was given a chance in the West Indies team. His heroics helped the team to record a memorable win.
