By: Tupaki Desk | 13 Jan 2024 6:23 AM GMTIn an interesting sight, YS Sharmila who recently joined the Congress party met Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu. Sharmila went all the way to Hyderabad and met the former Chief Minister at his residence. The meeting grabbed the attention of one and all for sure.
YS Sharmila met Chandrababu Naidu to invite him to her son’s daughter. She formally invited him to the wedding by handing over the invitation card. Sharmila’s son YS Raja Reddy will tie the knot on the 17th of next month.
She is on a spree of inviting guests to the wedding. She already invited the likes of Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Telangana Cabinet Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, ABN Radha Krishna, and others.
Now it's the turn of Chandrababu Naidu to receive the invitation. Now we have to wait and see how Chandrababu Naidu would react now. Will he attend the wedding or will he give it a miss, we have to wait and see. But one thing we can say is that the wedding will be a celebrity-studded one.
It has to be mentioned here that earlier Sharmila sent Christmas gifts to the Nara family. Nara Lokesh took to social media to thank Sharmila for sending the gifts and wishes for the festival. The conversation between the two started a debate on whether we would see any sensational alliance.
Another interesting aspect is that this is the first time Sharmila met after she took the Congress route. Putting an end to the long suspense, she joined the Congress party. She is likely to get a big post in the party like the state chief. However, there is no official confirmation of this.
YSRCP and Telugu Desam Party are big political rivals in the state. Contrary to this there is an opinion that Sharmila is giving indications of maintaining good ties with the TDP and Nara family.
