Did Sharmila Increase The Pace Of Attacking YSRCP?

YS Sharmila might have not predicted that a day would come in her life that she would be targeted in her own state. Sharmila was made the PCC chief recently and she is leading the grand old Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh. She is doing her best as the PCC Chief.

As Sharmila is not taking a back step to target even her brother YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, she is being targeted by a few corners. From her identity to her political stand, everything is being seen in a magnifying glass.

Recently, a section of people urged Sharmila to not use YS identity and use her husband’s surname. Sharmila gave a strong reaction and said that she is the daughter of YSR and she will be YS Sharmila Reddy even if people like it or not.

Currently, an alleged incident is doing rounds which says that Sharmila’s husband Anil visited the national capital Delhi to see that Sharmila is made the Chief Minister. After YSR’s death, Anil reportedly met the Bigwigs in Congress.

Sharmila reacted to the comments and said that there is no truth behind this and Anil met the Congress leaders along with YS Bharathi Reddy. Saying that the two met the bigwigs but only a part of the news is being circulated, she said.

This is the first time Sharmila took the name of Bharathi Reddy. Of late she is attacking her brother YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on various issues. But she took Bharathi Reddy’s name for the first time.

Sharmila also targeted the AP government on liquor brands. She mentioned the names of Boom Boom beer and Special Status brands and said that when the state needs special status, special status liquor brand was brought.

Looking at all these incidents, many wonder if Sharmila increased the intensity of attacking the YCP and others. A few say that Sharmila could have said that it is only half-truth that Anil met the Congress leaders. But she took the name of Bharathi Reddy.
