Sharmila Trying To Invoke Viveka's Case Will It Work?

The grand old Congress wants to try its luck in Andhra Pradesh. This is the reason why Sharmila was made the state chief. As the elections are approaching there is a big debate going on about the seat from which Sharmila would contest the elections.

Putting an end to the suspense, the Congress high command announced her as the Kadapa candidate. Her entry will make the election more intense in Kadapa, the stronghold of YCP. YS Avinash Reddy is the sitting MP there and Sharmila will take on Avinash.

After the Congress announced her candidacy Sharmila made some crucial comments. Sharmila invoked YS Viveka’s last chance on this. She said that it was Babai’s last wish to see her as the MP and that is why she is contesting the elections.

“The accused in YS Viveka’s case are roaming out. When Babai was killed it was shown as Heart Attack in Sakshi. Jagan gave a ticket to Avinash despite knowing that people would not support the decision. Babai was killed as he wanted to field me as the MP. YCP gave a ticket to the accused. That’s why I decided to contest from Kadapa,” Sharmila said.

It is known that earlier today Viveka’s daughter Sunitha made similar comments. She said that her father wanted to see Sharmila as the MP and asked if he was killed for the same reason. Now Sharmila also made identical comments.

Looking at what Sharmila said, many say that she is trying to invoke Viveka's case. If this is the case then can she become successful is the question many have. Viveka's case is a big issue in the state for sure. Even in his campaign, Jagan touched on the topic.

Sunitha has been fighting in the case and accusing Avinash in the case. She is also alleging that the YCP is shielding the MP. It looks like Sharmila wants to highlight the issue. Her comments also hint that she might highlight the case in the campaign as well. Now we have to see whether it works for her or not.
