Shiva Jyothi doesn’t really need an introduction. She started as a news anchor and got praised for her Telangana dialect. Later, she was on Bigg Boss in 2019, and now she’s seen hosting shows, attending events, and running her own YouTube channel. The controversy started when she was in the Tirumala darshan queue and commented while taking Anna Prasadam: “Castile Prasadam… We are the richest beggars.” The words spread fast and sparked criticism.

TTD recently gave a big shock to popular anchor Shiva Jyothi. After her comments on Tirumala Srivari Prasadam went viral, her Aadhaar has now been blocked, stopping her from visiting Tirumala for darshan in the future. Shiva Jyothi even apologized in a video, but TTD went ahead with the strict action anyway.

She tried to clarify later in a video. “I only said ‘rich’ because of the Rs. 10,000 L1 line. ‘Castile line’ just came out like that. It wasn’t my intention,” she said. She also reminded everyone that she’s devoted to Lord Venkateswara Swamy and regularly shares her rituals on social media. “These words were a mistake, but somehow only this part got noticed,” she added.

Even with the apology, TTD blocked her Aadhaar, which is required for darshan, meaning she can’t visit Tirumala again in the future. Shiva Jyothi has accepted the decision and seems to understand that this step will stop her from having darshan of Lord Srivari going forward.
