What A Twist: CBI Case On India’s Cockroach!

It is already known that Indian politics witnessed something extraordinary recently with the sudden price of the cockroach Janata party. This party initially originated from the secretary made by chief Justice against a section of the unemployed youth in the country.

And now it has become a major concern for the ruling NDA government in India and subsequent action is being taken against the party and its representatives now.

This matter has reached the Supreme Court as a petition has been filed to initiate CBI investigation on the cockroach party and its representatives.

This matter came to discuss discussion at the Supreme Court today and “Don’t take it so sentimentally’, says Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, as a lawyer mentions PIL, saying a distorted and malicious narrative is being continued to malign the judiciary.

CJI says there is no such grave urgency and the Supreme Court will examine it in due course. The PIL seeks directions that courtroom exchange cannot be used for commercial purposes, and CBI probe into the issue of fake lawyer degrees.

Another PIL seeks CBI probe into the activities associated with the Cockroach Janata Party the satirical online campaign that emerged after the CJI’s ‘cockroach’ remark.

For now, the chief Justice has not initiated any CBI action on this matter and suggested the public not to take this matter to sentimentally, which is a mature and necessitated statement. But we have to patiently wait and see where this matter would end up in the future.
