TDP Brings Supreme Court Lawyer Sidharth Luthra For CBN!

The much-talked-about Skill Development Corporation scam took a sensational turn with the arrest of TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu. He was arrested earlier today in connection with the case. He was arrested in Nandyal, spoiling his tour. The shocking development increased the political heat in the state.

An intense war of words has been going on between the ruling and opposition parties on the arrest of the TDP supremo. While the YCP is saying that AP CID arrested him due to his role in this, the TDP leaders are hitting back saying, political vendetta is the reason.

Since CBN's arrest, a debate has been going on about what would happen in the case next. As per the due procedure, an arrested accused would be produced before the court and the same is expected in the case. As Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by the CID, the special court might look into this.

Now the TDP brought Renowned Supreme Court Advocate Sidharth Luthra into the picture. The legal veteran is one of the senior lawyers in the country who has vast experience. He had flown to the temple city Vijayawada from the national capital Delhi.

This can be seen as a masterstroke of TDP. As when a debate was going on saying CBN might be sent to jail, TDP brought a legal veteran into the picture. Given his knowledge and experience, he might help CBN get bail. All eyes are on him to see what he can do.

It is known that Siddharth Luthra fought the Amaravati cases and also represented the TDP boss in other cases. If he can bring in some sharp debates and arguments, the court might grant him bail. Let us wait and see.
