Jagan Adds Another Centre Of Attraction In Vijayawada!

The temple City Vijayawada is one of the big cities in the state and it is home to few centers of attractions already. The famous Kanakadurga temple is located in the city that attracts devotees from various corners. Now the city has another big attraction.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who competed four years in the CMO has already left a big legacy and achieved a lot. He left a big mark as the CM in various aspects, be it welfare, revamping the infrastructure or development.

The Chief Minister is getting all the applause for the respectable decision he took towards Rajyamga Nirmatha DR BR Ambedkar. A massive statue was set up in the city which will be opened to the public from tomorrow.

Ambedkar's statue is 125-feet long making it the tallest in the country. The statue was placed in a massive area of 18.18 acres in Vijayawada’s Swarajya Maidan. It is no wonder in saying that the maidan will be a new centre of attraction in the city.

Placing such a big statue is not easy and standing the statue is tough. For this a pedestal was set up that is 81 foot long. The pedestal will serve as the platform for the statue to stand.

Ambedkar is a celebrated personality who was behind the formation of the Indian Constitution. In a bid to show respect to such a personality, the massive statue was set up and people can visit it from tomorrow.

Observers say that Jagan will go down as the Chief Minister who honoured Ambedkar. We have a statue in Telangana as well. But the statue is AP is very tall compared to it.
