The TCS campus in Nashik has been facing a lot of criticism and social media hit for the kind of religious atrocities and s*xual harassment that has been happening within the company in recent times.

This has resulted in a series of remarks and revelations from the employees associated with the company and also the former employees who had faced situations.

Following a series of allegations of physical assault and forced conversion surfaced from women employees at TCS’s Nashik branch, a male colleague has claimed he was made to wear a skullcap and offer namaz. He further alleged that one of the accused told him to send his wife if he wanted a child.

Speaking about the atrocities that had been happening within the company, the man alleged that his team leaders made him offer namaz, recite the kalma, and wear a skullcap.

The harassment, he said, crossed all limits when one of the accused mocked his personal life, suggesting he send his wife if he wanted a child despite medical treatment.

Shockingly, in the TCS Nashik case, an HR official allegedly told a woman not to report sexual harassment, saying these things happen. Police said both the HR head and operations head discouraged the survivor from filing a formal complaint.

The Nashik TCS conversion controversy has taken a fresh turn after the accused, Nida Khan, claimed that she is pregnant and has approached the court seeking relief.

Khan, who is already under legal scrutiny in connection with the alleged conversion case, argued that her current medical condition warrants humanitarian consideration. It has to be seen what kind of an order that the court would issue on the same.
