It is already known the TCS magic campus is involved in a huge mess as it has been established in principal that the company is facing internal issue after several individuals were caught in a scam operation.

Now the company has final reacted on this matter, and here is what they had to say on the same while maintaining diplomacy and also strict action at the same time.

As soon as we were made aware of the matter in Nashik, we took swift action. The employees being investigated have been suspended pending an enquiry. We are cooperating with the local law enforcement authorities, and any further action will be based on the conclusion of this investigation."

“TCS has a long-standing zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and coercion of any form. We have always ensured the highest standards of safety and well-being of our employees at the workplace" the statement said.

TCS has been in facing a lot of criticism on social media for not actively tracking the issue and what is happening within the company. But after facing all the backlash, the company has finally announced that they are suspending the employees caught in this scam.

The shocking factor here is that a corporate company which has great values and reputation is facing complaints as its employees are now caught in se*ual scandals and religious conversions. The consequences are expected to be pretty huge for the same.
