Telugu Desam Party and NDA share long-standing ties. Since the party's inception, there has been a friendship between the two sides. The same continued even after Chandrababu Naidu became the party chief. The friendly ties continued till 2019. But TDP chief Chandrababu parted ways with NDA ahead of the general elections.
Having realized the mistake and minding the future of the party, Chandrababu is now busy making efforts to gel with the saffron party yet again. He is not leaving any stone unturned in this regard. Amid this, a big development happened.
It is known that a special Rs 100 coin was released the other day in honor of legendary personality NTR. Several bigwigs attended the occasion. Both Nara and Nandamuri family members were present during the coin launch and posed for a memorable picture with President Droupadi Murmu.
During the same, a big development happened. TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and Bharatiya Janata Party National chief JP Nadda. In the pictures that are doing rounds, we can see the two talking to each other. Others are also present in the picture.
We can see MP CM Ramesh, YCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, and AP BJP chief Daggubati Purandeswari. Now a big debate has been going on about who was behind the meeting between Chandrababu Naidu and JP Nadda.
CM Ramesh was among the four MPs who joined the BJP from the TDP. After the 2019 elections, they took the BJP route. Back then this became a sensation. Many felt that they might have shifted loyalties to escape the cases.
CM Ramesh, the only MP left among the four MPs is said to have played a big role in bringing the two together for a meeting. The MP is with the BJP and has good ties with the bigwigs in the party. Using the same, he is believed to have played his role in making the meet happen.
This development is very crucial as TDP should win the next elections at any cost for its future. Amid this, the meeting happened. Though there is no clarity on what was discussed, the meeting grabbed everyone's attention.
