Finally A Good News: Companies Interested In Hiring Freshers!

Fears of a possible recession and problematic trends in the world are triggering the layoff season. There are fears of possible wars too. We are seeing the companies going for layoffs. In particular, the IT industry is facing the heat of this as the employees are being sacked. Even the experienced employees are not safe.

Amid this, a new report came up with positive news. At a time when everyone is fearing layoffs, companies are showing interest in hiring employees. Freshers would gain from this as the majority of employers said that they would hire the freshers.

As per the report released by TeamLease EdTeach, the employers showed interest in hiring the freshers. The opinions of 603 companies across the nation were taken to prepare the report. As many as 72 percent of employers said that they would hire freshers.

This can be seen as an encouraging trend. On one hand, we are hearing news about layoffs by big companies. There is no clarity on whether the companies would go for new hiring or not. But the report came as a big relief to freshers as the employers are interested in hirings.

So the freshers and recently graduated people need not have job worries given the trend. The hirings would be in e-commerce, tech start-ups, retail firms, and others. Having opportunities in various fields is a good thing.

However, they need to upskill themselves as the employers are said to be showing interest in hiring employees with a good knowledge in cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and search engine optimization. So freshers should focus on these areas.
