Telangana On Top In Per Capita Income, What About AP?

Telangana shined big in Per Capita Income. The Central government's Department of Statistics and Program Implementation department said that in the 2022-23 financial year, the state stood at the top place in the country. The recent survey said that the southern states stood at the next four places.

Yes, Telangana stood at the top place with Rs 3,08,732 per capita income. The Department of Statistics and Program Implementation department revealed details in this regard. As part of that it said that compared to the first year(2014-15) after the state bifurcation, the Per Capita income increased by 150 percent.

The Department of Statistics and Program Implementation said that the per capita income which was Rs 1,24,104 increased now. The report also said that compared to the last year, the per capita income saw an increase of 11 to 15.1 percent. At the same time, the report also said that by 2030, the countrymen's per capita income would reach 4,000 dollars.

On average, the per capita income of Indians is at 2,450 dollars. Looking at this, Telangana is at the top place in the country. The per capita income in the state is Rs 2,75,443 (3,360 dollars), while the southern states are in the top four places.

Karnataka(Rs 2,65,623), Tamil Nadu(Rs 2,41,131), Kerala(Rs 2,30,601), and Andhra Pradesh(2,07,771) are in the next positions.

On the other hand, it is known that Telangana stood at the first position among the big states in the country in the 2021-22 financial year with Rs 2,65,942. Experts say that the developmental programs implemented by the government are increasing income.
