By: Tupaki Desk | 10 Jan 2024 12:40 PM GMTOld comments made by two legislators came back to bite them and they appeared before the Magistrate Court for the hearing. The two MLAs were spotted sitting outside the Court. A case filed against them made the two MLAs reach the Court and attend the hearing.
BRS MLAs Padi Kaushik Reddy(Huzurabad) and Sudheer Reddy(LB Nagar) appeared before the Madurai Court to attend the Court hearing. The case was filed in connection with the old comments made by the duo against Congress AP in-charge Manickam Tagore.
Earlier Manickam Tagore was the in-charge of Telangana. The duo made serious allegations that he made Revanth Reddy the TPCC Chief by taking money. The comments created a sensation then.
Not happy with this, Manickam Tagore filed a case against them. A defamation case was slapped against them. In connection with the case, the two MLAs reached the court. However, there is no clarity on what the Court said on the case in the hearing.
As per the media reports, the Court earlier served notices to them to appear before the Court for the hearing. However, the MLAs did not respond to the notice and did not attend the court. With this, a warrant is believed to have been issued against them.
In the wake of the seriousness of the issue, the two MLAs reached the Court. We have to wait and see what the Court says on this hearing the petition filed by the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Manickam Tagore, who dealt with Telangana when the political row happened.
