Every year, the volume of the Telugu student population, travelling to the United States and other global countries has been going up. In accordance with this kind of scam activities concerning the Telugu community is also on the rise.

And now we have the case of Telugu student in the United States, who are facing a peculiar situation. This has something to do with a scam message alert, which has started to trouble the Telugu community there.

There are allegations that some students have paid money to individuals who allegedly use fear-based messaging, including warnings that "ICE will come and pick you up," while simultaneously claiming they can "protect" or help them.

Incidentally, F-1 student networks operated like closed ecosystems in which newer students were introduced to various questionable schemes, including pyramid-style programs, recruitment arrangements, consulting-related activities, paid events, and expensive job fairs that sometimes resulted in financial losses.

These individuals who sustain financial losses due to such activities cannot approach the higher authorities as they suspect further investigation and possible consequences.

So these activities including the financial scams in the United States, targeting Telugu community have started to go up. So it is the responsibility of the student population to be aware of what is happening and act accordingly.
