We have heard many incidents of Rags to riches where people rose to wealth suddenly. We got to hear about another new situation where a rag-picker found as much as $3 million that too in the trash. The person shocked by finding the package approached the cops and informed them the same.

Going into details, identified as Saleman S K works as a ragpicker. While he was doing his job as he does daily he spotted something unusual. He found a package which is full of currency notes. But the twist is that the currency he found is not India’s but dollars which are worth $3 million which translates to Rs 25 crore in Indian rupees.

He then informed his owner about this. As he was out of town, the ragpicker informed social activist national executive member of Swaraj India R Kaleem Ullah. They both went to the city police commissioner along with the package.

Even the Police were surprised by this. They seized the notes and sent them to the RBI for inspection. Once the experts inspect the notes we will get clarity on whether the notes are fake or real. Based on that the investigation might progress.

On the other hand, the cops reached the post where the bag was found to see if more currency was present or not.

The seriousness of the issue is that there is a letter in the package which says that there is a special chemical in the bag which is toxic. This raised many concerns about why the chemical was used, reports said.
