Chandrayaan-3:Trollers Target Adipurush Yet Again!

In what is a proud moment for India, ISRO successfully launched Chandrayaan-3 the other day. This can be seen as the first big step in India’s lunar mission. Chandrayaan-3 is carrying many hopes that it will have a soft landing and achieve what Chandrayaan-2 could not. If successful, India will have a spot on the elite list.

At the time when the whole nation was celebrating the achievement of Chandrayaan-3, the Adipurush movie was brought into the news as it was severely trolled. Trollers say that more money was spent on the Adipurush movie than the ISRO project.

Adipurush was one of the much-awaited films when it was launched. As Tanhaji director Om Raut is the director and Prabhas is playing the lead role, the film carried high expectations. Moreover, the film is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. But everything turned upside down.

When the teaser was dropped, many objections were raised and the makers were trolled for poor graphics. However, the trailer gave hope that the final output would be different.

However, the film faced many objections and controversies when it was released. Citing sentiment hurt, a petition was also filed in the court seeking a ban on the film. Though the film was not banned, the court is said to have made some strong comments on the film and also raised a few questions on what the film certification board did.

The criticism towards Adipurush is such that people won't leave any stone unturned to troll the film. A section of people even explore ways to target the film. With ISRO successfully launching Chandrayaan-3 from the launch pad, it gave a big opportunity for the trollers to target the film.
