The Donald Trump administration in the United States is out on the mission of changing the International immigration landscape in the country and they appear to be on this mission all the time.
On the note, something pretty significant is happening now as the term per Ministry has started to crack down on the famous EB2 visas along with the traditional EB5 as well.
According to an administrative performance report compiled by the American Immigration Council, general visa processing denial rates climbed from 8.9% up to 12.2% over recent tracking periods.
Highly-skilled employment and humanitarian categories have borne the heaviest burden. This is going to be pretty bad news to the skilled migration population who depend on this visa for high skill jobs in the United States.
Previously, the United States administration used to be very lenient towards high skill job holders, but that is not even remotely the case now.

US Citizenship and Immigration Services USCIS has finalised a rule to more than double the fees for applications under the EB-5 investor programme, which offers a pathway to permanent residency for eligible foreign investors.
New rule will take effect from November 30, increasing costs for immigrants seeking to invest in the US and eventually obtain a Green Card through the EB-5 programme.
It is evident that the Trump administration is going, particularly hard against the permanent residency and also high skilled jobs. This is going to be extremely bad news for everyone involved.
