United States president, Donald Trump has become extremely problematic against the Indian community as he has been taking several measures against the immigration population.

Very recently, it was communicated that several leading companies, including Microsoft, TCS, HCL and Infosys have been restricted from processing green card applications in the United States.

It is becoming extremely blatant that the Trump administration is against the immigration population and they are doing everything in their power to change things around.

This is definitely a piece of bad news from Donald Trump, who is doing everything in power to trouble the Indian population. But this might turn out to be very good news for the Indian community domestically.

Previously, when the Indian population was settling down in the United States with H1B visa or Green card, they used to buy properties in the American market. This was a famous real estate investment procedure that was followed until a few years back.

But now the situation is the exact opposite as people don’t know whether they would be allowed to stay in the United States or they would be sent back. So this is naturally opening the lines for the Indian domestic real estate market.

Several people in the United States, who are anxious about their future in the country have started to invest in properties here in India. Apparently, they are feeling that the investment in Metro city across India is a safer option than investing in the United States.

The problem here is that many people are suspecting they might be sent back by the Trump administration from the United States, which would mean that their positions in the country would be void. So they have collectively decided to invest in India now.

This is opening many doors for the Indian real estate market, which is likely to gain further significance in the days to follow.
