Trump Puts New Tariff On India: What’s Coming Next?

Literally no one can spread what is going to come up with United States president, Donald Trump next, and he is back on the job again now against India. He has imposed a new layer of tariff in India and 60 other countries with his latest decision to finalise countries that are enforcing forces labour.

According to the latest developments, the Donald Trump administration in the United States has imposed another 10% tariff on India and let’s have a look into the story.

The United States has imposed a 10% tariff on goods imported from India, citing concerns over the alleged use of forced labour in their production.

Announced by U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer under Section 301 of the Trade Act, the measure is part of a broader trade action targeting 60 countries interesting thing is that this decision is coming just a day before the expiry of the existing 10% additional levies on global imports.

Donald Trump has been very particular with his decisions to trouble not just India, but several other countries globally with his relentless approach, and he is continuing on this path again.

This will naturally go down as one of the worst decisions implemented by Donald Trump as it is impossible for his administration to physically inspect the companies that are allegedly imposing forced labour.

Many experts are commenting that we have arrived at a point where Donald Trump is finding random reasons just so that he can tariff other countries and keep them under his watch.

It must be noted that Trump had even warned of bigger tariff systems in the days to follow if other countries do not comply with his methodology of work. So it could be tricky to deal with Trump for the next few months.
