Trump H-1B Shocker: Indians In Big Trouble In USA?

United States president, Donald Trump has been taking several radical decisions with regard to the H1B policy, and he is doing the similar thing now. His latest set of decisions could prove to be extremely detrimental in nature for the Indian community.

Now the latest news is that the Indian population in the United States could be facing significant trouble due to the prevailing decision taken by the Trump administration.

According to the latest developments US President Donald Trump signed an executive order and a proclamation on September 18, introducing new measures aimed at curbing the alleged abuse of the H-1B work visa programme.

The H-1B visa allows US companies to hire foreign workers in specialised fields. The Trump administration has argued that some companies have replaced American workers with lower-paid foreign employees through the programme.

So this new regulation that could be put in action by the tram administration could be largely benefitting the American population in the work sector when the foreign H1B workforce is at risk.

The new executive order directs government agencies to work more closely while reviewing H-1B applications. Agencies have been asked to check whether a company has recently laid off American workers in the corporate environment.

This is a very elaborate plan by the Ministry to priority, the American over the foreign H1B population, and it has to be seen where this eventually would end up.
