The President of United States, Donald Trump has been fully committed towards troubling the Indian community with regard to the working visa H1B. He has been doing everything in his power to make sure that the H1B visa does not get fully utilised by the Indian population in the United States.

American Government has modified issuance of fresh Visa(H-1B) rule and this has become an issue of discussions among educated sensitive peoples.

Generally such scenario emerges out of American President Donald Trump’s Executive orders charging around Rs 88 lakh per year fees for those who will apply H1-B VISA for working in America. This is a part of the $100,000 fee that he had imposed on new H1 B applicants.

On the other hand, there is the proposal to increase the extension fee for H1B visa for the existing visa holders. This is going to make B employment tougher for American companies.

This will go down as one of the most consequential orders executed by the Donald Trump administration as companies could start to seriously reconsider the choice of Indian workforce.

This is an elaborate scheme that is being executed by Donald Trump in order to retain the American voting base who had backed him in the 2024 presidential election.

At the expense of impressing, the domestic American population, Trump is going out against the Indian workforce through the H1B Visa regulation. It must also be noted that this program could affect the international working population too.

But considering the radical thinking of Donald Trump, nothing is out of reach and it should be a matter of time before Indians face more consequences regarding the United States employment in the days to follow.

For now, this order has not been executed by the department of ambulance security, so we have to see what would be the final collection made to the H1 B policies.
