Now the latest report comes with shocking details about Type 2 Diabetes and how dangerous it can be. The medical journal The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology sent shocking waves all over with its latest observations on Type 2 Diabetes.

The study said that the life expectancy of people who are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of 30 might come down by 14 years. If people develop Diabetes at 50, then their life expectancy will go down by six years. The study was published after examining the data from various nations.

It is said that the data was compiled after examining a big portion of people from as many as 19 High-Income nations. Diabetes type 2 won't just result in a reduction of life expectancy, but the patients also suffer from Heart Attacks, Paralysis, Kidney problems, and cancer-causing situations.

The data is very concerning as diabetes is increasing rapidly among younger adults. This is the same across the nation. Poeple who get to work after their study is increasing and most of them end up getting desk jobs or office work, where the physical moment will be very less.

Having shared the shocking details about Type 2 Diabetes, the journal also listed the foods that need to be avoided. The study said that junk food and whole meal should be restricted and a balanced diet should be followed. Taking the doctors advice on how to follow a balanced diet is key.

Exercise is a must to keep the body fit and healthy. A few changes should be made to the lifestyle to stay away from developing issues like obesity, and others.
