By: Tupaki Desk | 13 Jan 2026 9:54 AM ISTIt is already known that the United Kingdom authorities have started to crack down on the daycare activity fraud in the country. They have now delivered a significant advancement in this regard.
An Indian individual named Komal Shinde of Krishiv Consultancy Ltd has come under scrutiny after social media posts surfaced in which she allegedly boasted about manipulating the UK immigration system.
According to these claims, Shinde openly advertised the use of sham job offers, forged educational certificates, and fabricated payroll records to mislead authorities into approving visa applications from migrants originating in poorer countries.
The alleged operation is said to exploit legitimate immigration pathways, allowing individuals to enter the United Kingdom legally on paper while bypassing the actual requirements. Critics argue that this form of organised fraud is far more damaging than illegal border crossings, as it undermines institutional checks and corrodes trust in the entire visa framework.
By abusing official routes, such practices allegedly enable long term illegal stays while remaining hidden within the system.
Shinde, who is reportedly in the UK on a student visa, is also claimed to have shared details of companies involved in these arrangements. At the same time, she allegedly cautioned potential clients and associates to maintain strict secrecy, warning that serious consequences could follow if any information was leaked or exposed.
If proven true, the allegations raise serious questions about enforcement gaps, the misuse of student visa privileges, and the scale of coordinated immigration fraud operating openly through social media channels.
