Flash Reports, PM Modi Rejected Trump’s Calls!

The President of the United States of America Donald Trump has taken excessive measures against India as he imposed 50% tariff after complaining against the continued oil trade between India and Russia.

The matter has reached the top bosses of both countries and the prevailing situation is very tensed.

Based on a report from a leading German Media house, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung today, it was confirmed via multiple sources including Indian media that Trump attempted four calls to Modi.

However, Modi refused these calls due to the trade tensions amidst US tariffs on Indian imports rise to 50% effective Aug 27 due to Russia's oil purchases.

The fact that the Indian Prime Minister has rejected for telephonic conversations with Donald Trump in the last few weeks is a clear move of power and it has to be seen in where they would end up.

Meanwhile, Trump has already communicated that elevated tariff against India will be coming to effect from August 27 and related notification was issued by the White House.
