Now the new Supreme leader of Iran Mujtaba Khamenei has said Donald Trump did everything in his power to come to an agreement with Iran at any extent.

Iranian government leader Mojtaba Khamenei has firmly stated that engaging in future negotiations with the United States does not mean accepting the demands of the enemy. He addressed the recent agreement signed between the presidents of both nations, noting his initial reservations regarding the diplomatic move.

In his official message, he emphasized that President and other senior state officials have assured him that Iran's rights and the resistance front will be fully protected. They promised not to yield if the US makes excessive demands during the upcoming detailed diplomatic discussions.

This statement comes as US President Donald Trump urged all influential parties in the Middle East to adhere to their commitments to ensure successful peace negotiations.

Trump highlighted that the initial agreement has already positively impacted global markets and expressed hope for a comprehensive ceasefire across the region. The fact that Trump was so very desperate to reach an agreement with Ira indicates that he was in a position of weakness from start to finish.
